Pong Eats: Kko Kko ㉿ (ft. Lai)

Hello everyone! 👀

Before 2017 ended, Lai and I had a catch-up eating session at this Korean restaurant near our offices. She liked it here, so, go. It's called Kko Kko - Home of Seoul Chicken. 🐔

Located in Ortigas Central Business District, it's has a cute and cozy spot in Garnet Road. It's not your typical Korean restaurant where you get to eat your Samgyupsal with lettuce, grill it yourself and stuff. You are allowed to cook noodles though (with a stove) - how cool is that, right? It's like doing a mukbang. 🍝

We tried the Chicken Cheese Fondue. It's the bomb! If you are a cheese lover, then this is for you. We had the spicy variant - has chicken, onion rings and fries and look at the cheese!!

Chicken Cheese Fondue

I am a fan of Samgyupsal. I ordered it and it is in a lunch-box type container. The taste is just fine, it has a sunny side-up egg on top. I still prefer it with lettuce though. (Hmm, was not able to ask if they have lettuce, maybe on my next visit)

Lai had her fave, the Snow Chicken.

Snow Chicken - cheesy!

I have some snaps to share. Kko Kko - Home of Seoul Chicken is worth the try. If you happen to be in Ortigas, give it a go!

They have draft beer too

Some snaps on the wall

She knows what she wants. Chili Cheese! Okay?

Menu - a bit blur, sorry

Pong Eats: Laurio's Pansit Malabon 🍝

Hello!! 😍

It's Saturday at home because of that effing elevator in the office! Anyway, am into Pancit Malabons (?!) lately and am blogging each pancit am gonna try. Last time, I had Dolora's (see my previous post: Pong Eats: Dolora's Hauz of Pancit Malabon) and now, tadaaa Laurio's.

Laurio's Pansit Malabon is a typical Pancit Malabon, but is delish and good enough to satisfy your Merienda Cravings. 👌 Serving is just fine though. It's not siksik like the others. Try it out! Rapsa! 👌

Pong Eats: Dolora's Hauz of Pancit Malabon 🍝

Hello! 😁😄😎

Yay! Was able to finally have a taste of Dolora's Pancit Malabon! I've been seeing and hearing about this Pancit for quite some time now and it did not disappoint! 😋

So, I decided to call their Pasig (Manggahan Branch) to have the Pancit delivered to our office.

Affordable and the serving is quite huge. Am highly recommending this Pancit! Good for office food to share, birthdays, pot lucks, etc. 🍝😋

Pancit has the perfect texture and taste - not salty, not too oily, toppings are just enough (shrimp, homemade chicharon, egg), and the calamansi is already perfectly mixed, so no need to sprinkle it yourself. 👌😚

Try it! Rapsa! 👌😋

Pong Eats: Maria's - Breakfast.Lunch.Dinner.After 🍲

Hello! 😋

Here's another place that I just discovered recently. I've been seeing this place when strolling around Emerald Avenue (F. Ortigas Jr. now) but it was only last May 9 that I get to experience their food.  Thanks to my Boss for having the Team Breakfast there. ✌

Last May 22, I went back to the place with my Milk Tea Gang - my IT Friends from my previous company. Gosh, I missed hanging with them -always a good laugh! 😏😳😤

The place is called Maria's. They cater to Filipino dishes. Their best seller is Lechon Kare-kare. Legit! Rapsa! (Yummy!) 😋
They also have combo foods and foods for sharing. They have drinks too - with alcohol and alcohol free. They have LCD TVs where you can watch sports - it was BOS vs CLE when we were there. We've talked about LBJ but just a short talk as no one's a fan LOL. And yeah, they are open 24 hours, so drop by anytime you like! 😉

Pong Eats: Mad for Pizza 🍕

 Hello! 😋

It's pizza time and it's time to try something new. Did not post anything during our first visit; hence this one. It's our third time in this place and their food seems legit and delish.

Mad for Pizza is an 80's-themed restaurant located in SM City Bacoor, 3F to be exact. The interior of the restaurant will take you down the memory lane - from music icons, to movies and anything in between. Food is delish and you can also customize your pizza based on your preferred sauce and toppings. Price is affordable and their serving is generous too. Nice, yeah? 🍕

Have some snaps to share, so if you're near Bacoor, take yourself a trip down the memory lane and go grab some pizza, their chicky, porky, beefy, sweety and pasta. 🐔🐖🐄🐟🍬🍝

Pong Eats: Itlog ni Kuya 🐔

Hello! 😉

This store really caught my attention. Marketing strategy worked, yeah? Made me buy and have a taste of Kuya's eggs! 😋

Just recently, I've been craving for a delish salted egg and while on my way home, I saw this stall across Megamall (Julia Vargas entrance) and is just outside St. Francis Square.

Tried their salted egg and woot, rapsa! So delish - saltiness level is just perfect and the yolks are oily enough to make you drool. These eggs are priced at a reasonable market price of PHP13.

They also have other products. I'll show some snaps along with the prices. They are worth the try!

For more info, please check their website: http://itlognikuya.com/
